Hi! I'm Sarah. I started working in the health and wellness world in 2012 with a passion to help others become the best version of themselves!
I struggled with an eating disorder for most of my young life, and used those destructive patterns to mask the pain of trauma and not feeling like I was good enough. I know how it feels to look in the mirror and not love what you see. I know how exhausting it is when you're doing too much and on your way to burn out.
I want to inspire women to gain awareness of the patterns that have kept them stuck. Through training and coaching, you will have a safe place to become the woman that you were created to be. Without judgement or shame, you will learn to love your body, fuel your mind and nurture your soul!
