The Road To Wellness
When it comes to our health and wellness, we sometimes just get stuck. We know what we need to do, we just find ourselves not doing it.
We start but don't finish. We struggle through consistency, discipline or past traumas and find ourselves right back where we started. It's in that moment that we get to decide to give up or change the narrative.

'The Road to Wellness' is a 4 month group coaching program focusing on recognizing and reversing destructive life patterns and creating a lasting wellness lifestyle.
This program is based off of Sarah's 'Road to Wellness Model', with the belief that overall wellness is achieved by focusing on the health of your mind, body and soul.
This program offers weekly group zoom calls, monthly one to one calls to assess your individual wellness lifestyle, real time 'wellness workshop' sessions and a community of like minded women who are desiring freedom and accountability.
Sarah also offers individual wellness coaching.

Coach
I have had a passion for health and wellness since I was a little girl. In 2012, I started a business as a fitness trainer and nutrition coach. After years of helping people with movement and nutrition, I felt like it was time to add more to what I already offered. That's what brought me here, to wellness coaching.
I know what it's like to struggle with burn out, self-worth and not taking care of myself the way I would like. Once I learned to put my time and energy into my overall wellness, I discovered the beauty of self-love and self-care.
My heartbeat is to help women find the same freedom that I did, while developing a balanced wellness lifestyle based on the health of their mind, body and soul. My desire is that they will become the best versions of themselves, and be proud of the process!
